A lot of businesses are in a community. A special few are part of it.
From inside the Garner and Smith Insurance office on Jefferson, you can see Lebanon High School.
That’s not an accident.
Garner & Smith Insurance has been part of this community for nearly fifty years. Long enough to watch a lot of Yellowjacket football games. They know most of the families in those stands by name.
They show up at the senior center. They sponsor teen driver training. On Veterans Day, they bought rounds for veterans at Applebee’s. When a local nonprofit was short of a fundraising goal, Jeremy Garner walked in and covered it.
That’s not a marketing strategy. That’s just how they operate.
