Aaron is a Lebanon High School graduate and Copeland engineer with a degree in Machine Tool Technology from State Technical College of Missouri, where he serves on an advisory board. A former foster youth and longtime licensed foster parent, he brings a unique and compassionate perspective to serving children and families.

Aaron is active in community leadership through Cross Creek Ministries, local youth sports, and civic service, including as an elected member of the Laclede County Central Committee. He also supports his wife in her role as Missouri State Representative. Known for his servant’s heart and sense of humor, Aaron enjoys family life, helping others, and working on his hobby farm.
