Paving the Way is two weeks of life skills made possible by community partners like Kids’ Harbor, Inc.
They serve Laclede County and nine surrounding counties, providing coordinated support and healing for children who have experienced abuse. They also do prevention work, and that’s what they brought to these students this year.
Their team delivered Teen Safety Matters, an interactive program that gives teens real language and real tools around some of the hardest topics: bullying, cyberbullying, relationship abuse, digital safety, exploitation, and human trafficking. These are conversations young people need to have with trusted adults, and Kids’ Harbor knows how to have them.
We’re proud to call them partners. When organizations that care about the same kids find each other and work together, that’s when amazing things happen.
Thank you, Kids’ Harbor. In the Ozarks, we’re all in this together.

This community is built by the people and businesses who show up, not because they have to, but because they belong to something. These are the neighbors who make everything possible.
