The Fostering Hope Closet operates exclusively from donated items from businesses and individuals just like you.  Please see the list below to see what items are needed and accepted. Thank you for your generous donations to support the most vulnerable in our community! All donations are tax deductible.

       

DONATE FUNDS

Live 2 Give Hope is able to offer all programs and resources completely free of charge to clients through generous donations from people like you! Please consider becoming a monthly donor with a gift as small as $5 a month. Live 2 Give Hope has less than 15% overhead while 85% of all funds go to support the local community through the programs of Live 2 Give Hope. All donations are tax deductible and 70% tax credits are available to qualifying businesses or individuals with business income.

Donations can also be made through Facebook with zero fees.

If you are a Missouri business or individual with business income you can make a qualifying donation of cash, stocks, bonds or in-kind donation and receive a 70% Tax Credit.

Making a $1000 donation will only cost you $300 while assisting a local nonprofit.

Live 2 Give Hope was awarded a $265,000 Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) grant in 2021 through the Department of Economic Development from the State of Missouri. Instead of giving money, the State issued $265,000 worth of 70% tax credits to Live 2 Give Hope to sell to cover expenses including rent. The tax credits are available through April 2024 or until they are sold.
