If you want to know what it feels like to live in the Ozarks, pull in and sit down.
The group in the back has been meeting here for years. The person behind the counter already knows your order. You’ll run into someone you know before you finish your coffee.
This is where Lebanon gathers. Has gathered for a long time. The line between the restaurant and the community blurred so long ago nobody remembers where it was.
And that did not happen by accident.
Nancy has made A Taste of Andy’s one of those places. A place for Kiwanis meetings and Optimist lunches. For class reunions and basketball camps. A place this community returns to again and again because it feels like part of the town itself.
It sits right on Route 66, which makes perfect sense. This is exactly what people are driving that road to find.
Not just a restaurant. A place where people meet, stay a little longer, and truly belong.
So when we reached out about the Hope In Action Awards Banquet, Nancy said yes.
We’re grateful for her generosity, and for the way she keeps showing up for this community in both big ways and quiet ones.
Spend an hour at a table here and you’ll understand.
